Diane Dimitroff, Executive Director, Lehigh Valley Association of Independent Colleges
Christine Kimball, Strategic Procurement Director, The Five Colleges of Ohio, Inc.

Vicki McGillin, Independent Consultant on Higher Education Collaboration

This session is primarily for consortium leaders who are considering or are new to administrative collaborations, including collaborative buying.

The program, which will cover foundational or baseline principles and conversations, has the following objectives for participants:

1. Create a framework to start your collaborative buying exploration by defining your outcomes first, not your actions.
2. Learn tips and tools for creating and maintaining momentum and commitment.

If you are attending the ACL conference in October, this webinar will help you get even more out of that experience. That’s because Christine and Diane will be joined by Stacie Kroll (Five Colleges, Inc.) and June Kevorkian (The Boston Consortium) in a panel moderated by Susan Palmer (Five Colleges of Ohio) that will showcase specific administrative collaborations, with a focus on what challenges are encountered, what is being achieved today, and how programs are being sustained into the future.

*This* webinar focuses on how such collaborations should get started.
